Villa Agrelia is a great property located in the marvelous promontory of Punt’ Aldia, at no more than 500 m. from a most enchanting white and finest sandy beach known as Lu Limpostu as well as a couple of minutes drive from a 9 Hole Golf Course and a Marina. The main unit has wooden parquet floor, white beamed ceiling and wooden paneled sliding windows opening onto the verandas and the beautiful garden. Its large, covered verandas are fully equipped for outdoor dining and for relaxation with comfortable rattan furniture and great view over the garden and the pool. Sun loungers and an old Balinese style daybed around the swimming pool complete the setting of the outdoor area of this property. The second bedrooms unit is adjacent to the first one and reachable through a flight of 11 steps up, with a queen size double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the lower floor (18 steps down). A staff quarter with queen size double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom is located in an annex close to the kitchen. The villa is ideally positioned to allow guests to explore this beautiful part of the coast, with a well-equipped, elegant and lively Marina in Puntaldia surrounded by shops, cafès and restaurants, at only 1 km away, a 9 hole golf course within a 5 minute drive and selection of several more spectacular sandy beaches a 10 minute drive away.
