Villa La Rossana is what can be considered as a terrace overlooking the lively Marina of Porto Cervo. It almost blends with the surrounding, luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation and granite rocks that protect and ensure privacy and intimacy although the vibrant atmosphere of the Marina is just a few steps away. It is a property that has undergone a complete restyling offering to its guests a very fresh look and an elegant atmosphere. Entering the villa through an electronic gate you have access to the car park area (2 cars) and a small path and 3 steps lead to the main entrance, on the first floor of the property, that opens onto the bright living room with creamy color sofas, a stone fireplace, Plasma TV. On the far end the dining area with 8 seat table and the small but fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 stoves, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a guest toilet. From the dining area and facing the background of high granite rocks an outdoor dining area with a stone table and BBQ equipment, a small upward path leads to a wonderful terrace affording a great sea and mountain view. The living area opens onto the main covered veranda affording a beautiful view over the sea and the Marina. It is equipped with sofa, couches, umbrellas, and “al fresco” dining table with 8 seats. The veranda is next to the swimming pool (10x3) with sun loungers. The night area is located on the ground floor reachable from the living room through a flight of 14 steps. Here we find the Master bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom, queen size bed, closets and air-conditioning; a queen size double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom, closet and air conditioning, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom, closet and air conditioning. All of the bedrooms open onto the terrace.   This property features an annex reachable through 14 steps uphill and features a small, sea view veranda, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette. It is an ideal solution for staff as its fitting and style are fairly basic.
