Villa Isa
Entrance to the property is off of the residential road winding through the top of Praiano, where from the small, private parking area (enclosed by an electronic gate) brings you to the front door. The parking area has enough space for 2-3 small cars.
The main entrance into the Villa takes you into a large, open foyer that leads to the open kitchen. The kitchen & foyer area enjoy high, dome-arch ceilings, hand-made, ceramic tile floors, marble columns and large vases, urns, and plants scattered throughout.
The large kitchen space enjoys a 5-range, stovetop, ceramic sink, toaster, slicer, small refrigerator and an oval, wood dining table for 4. To the left of the kitchen offers a small prep kitchen space with microwave, large refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. It borders a laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is not to be used by the guests. A chef or cook can be hired for all cooking needs.
The kitchen borders a dining room with long, wood dining table for 10, situated in front of a beautiful, antique stone fireplace. Both the kitchen and the dining room access a super-panoramic, covered, external dining area with dining table for 8.
The main dining room flows into the living room where beautiful décor and antique furniture abound. The living room enjoys several couches and a glass coffee table with several chairs & Satellite-TV. The ground floor offers 1.5 full bathrooms (a ½ bath located between the living room and the dining room; a full bathroom with shower and sauna for 3 people situated off of the living room). The ground floor also holds the staff bedroom (where the villa custodian stays; staff quarters enjoy a separate entrance through the garden) and a staircase that leads directly out to the pool deck.
The first bedroom is a loft, double bedroom with parquet wood floors is found up a flight of steps off of the living room. The bedroom boasts a dresser, daybed chair, and direct access out onto the panoramic pool deck.
The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bedrooms are found in the bedroom wing, up a set up steps to the left of the main entrance. The single bedroom, with Sat-TV and small, en-suite bathroom with shower, is bordered by a small Moroccan-style sitting room with u-shaped seating. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms, found up a ½ flight of steps, are both double bedrooms. The third is a beautiful double bedroom with blue fresco walls and ceilings, a large flat screen, Sat-TV, dresser, desk, and large, panoramic windows. The bedroom accesses a terrace with ceramic cotto tile floors, a coffee table, stone benches, lounge chairs, and some of the best views along the entire Amalfi Coast, the Li Galli Islands, Capri, & Positano; an amazing spot both during the day and during sunset. The 4th bedroom is a twin bedroom with arch, dome ceilings, a dresser, several desks and access out onto the uber-panoramic terrace and pool decks. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with ceramic tile floors, a Jacuzzi bathtub, and a double sink.
The small pool deck enjoys a small, but cosy pool (7 meters long x 3 meters wide x 1.5 meters deep). The pool deck, with various methods of access, boasts an external shower and leads out to a small, covered patio with cast iron benches and chairs for relaxing, while surrounded by several lemon trees. A ½ flight of steps up from the pool deck sits a super-panoramic, shaded dining area with a long wood, picnic bench-style dining table and benches, wood oven for pizzas or other, and a built-in stone barbeque. There is also a small sunbathing area.
The external garden is filled with red roses, lemon trees, Agave bushes, olive trees, cacti, rosemary, and a mix of Mediterranean flora.

Villa Isa is located in a super-panoramic, residential area of Praiano with immense views expanding out over the Mediterranean and towards the northern part of the Amalfi Coast and Positano. Praiano, a typical coastal fishing village offers a quaint pebble beach and excellent seafood restaurants. Praiano can easily be reached by car and is also served by frequent bus connections with Positano only 3 kilometres away to the north and Amalfi 6 kilometres to the south.
