The entrance to the property enjoys no steps and is accessed through a private, iron gate. The entrance takes you through a private Mediterranean garden filled with wild oregano, flora, and lemon & orange trees. The entrance enjoys a large parking lot big enough for several cars. This Mediterranean style villa enjoys large, white columns and open arches, offering the guests lots of external space and great views. Entrance into the main house takes you into the main corridor where, to the right, the kitchen is situated. The fully equipped and modern kitchen enjoys ceramic tile floors, a dining table for 8, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and 5-range stovetop. To the left of the entrance corridor is the first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, fully covered in ceramic tiles. The second bedroom, found down the same corridor, has a double and single bed (the double can be converted into a twin), a small dresser, and access out onto the large, panoramic terrace. The external bathroom enjoys ceramic tile features in blues, yellows, and greens, and a shower. The third bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, enjoys a built-in closet, large dresser, lamp tables, and also accesses the large, panoramic terrace. The kitchen and entrance corridor both lead into the open air and luminous living room, with a large, panoramic window looking out onto the pool deck and the Mediterranean. The living room enjoys several couches and chairs, a dining table for 4, a glass coffee table, large arch windows, Satellite TV and a DVD player. The living room leads out onto the large terrace, on one side, which is divided into various seating and dining areas. The external terrace leads down to a second portion of the garden where a shaded dining area boasts spectacular views and access to the large, panoramic pool deck with lima bean shaped pool with hydro-massage jets, an outdoor shower, and sun lounge chairs for relaxation. There is also a large dependànce which boasts a second, large dining room and kitchen with a beautiful wood burning oven and barbeque, as well as two, 4-range stove tops, two ovens, and modern kitchen facilities. The dependànce houses a single bedroom (good for staff) and its own small bathroom.
