Entrance to the property is through a small, electronic gate which is monitored by video-surveillance. The gate opens onto the large external patio. The property flows well and enjoys soothing white colors and lots of light that enters into the villa. The villa is situated on 2 floors, with the main (bottom) floor enjoying the external terrace and dining room, living room, kitchen, and one bedroom, while the top floor enjoys 2 bedrooms and a sauna. The main living room is a comfortable space with a couch and several large chairs, futons, a nice large coffee table, a 60’ flat screen TV with DVD player, various antique dressers, accent pieces, paintings, candelabra, and lamps. The entire bottom floor is paved with hand-made white ceramic tile and opens from all angles onto the external terrace. There is also a large boudoir which houses the glass and tableware. The small, but well equipped kitchen has a small washing machine, small dishwasher, a 4 range stovetop, and a small refrigerator. The bottom floor is complete with a double bedroom with a private, but external bathroom with shower box. Up a flight of 15 steps leads to the first floor where two comfortable and bright bedrooms lay. The master bath is a double with a dresser, small refrigerator, 16’ TV, DVD player, various accent pieces, a ceiling fan, and access out onto a small, private balcony overlooking the external patio. The bedroom enjoys a en-suite bathroom with bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin with built-in dresser and closet and a private, but external bathroom with bathtub. The twin bedroom also leads out to a small terrace equipped with a sauna. The external lounge area boasts a couch and several chairs, several lounge chairs, a large Jacuzzi for 8 as well as an external, white, ceramic tile and cast-iron dining table for 8. The area has retractable curtains that can provide shade when preferred. There is a ½ bathroom and a small refrigerator and freezer.
