The villa is surrounded by a nice garden, offering space to relax and fully enjoy the privacy of the property. There is also a private swimming pool (7 x 4 x 1.80 deep, with a small area with Jacuzzi jets at the base of the pool). The house flows well as the two, sea-side bedrooms flow out onto the external terrace. The villa enjoys terracotta tile floors and nice bathrooms with hand painted ceramic tiles. The living area is furnished with a sitting room with two sofas and a wooden dining table with chairs. From the villa, guests can enjoy a nice view overlooking the sea from its terrace. The main floor is an open format with the main living room with 36’ inch flat screen TV, radio, DVD player, wood dining table, and several couches air conditioning, and to the right, the cute and functional ceramic tile kitchen with double sink has a 4 range stovetop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso maker and refrigerator with freezer. The property boasts four bedrooms (two en-suite, two with private, external baths), all with air conditioning. Three are found down a corridor off of the main living room. Two enjoy garden views and the master suite enjoys an en-suite bathroom. The Green bedroom has a double bed, large external dresser, a 10’ flat screen TV and some small accent pieces (wicker bedside table and several chairs). This bedroom enjoys an external, green tile bathroom with shower. The second bedroom (Red bedroom) is sea side with an en-suite bath with shower, while the 3rd is a double with a small desk, several beside tables, an external dresser, and also has its own bath (although external) with a bathtub with shower head. The fourth bedroom is an external dependence, twin bedroom with a small en-suite bathroom with box shower. The external area of the villa, apart from the swimming pool, boasts several seating areas, including one with external benches, a covered terrace with nice Mediterranean views with the island of Ischia in front of you. The covered terrace enjoys a ceramic, cast-iron dining table for 6, several large chairs, a cast-iron bench, and ceramic tile floor, leading into a second, non covered sitting area with a couch and several chairs and a rocking chair enjoying a large white umbrella that can provide shade. Yet another seating area is an external, completely covered, round stone and cast-iron dining table for 8. This area is completely shaded by the surrounding trees.
