Entrance into the Villa offers direct access to the living room and dining area, fully furnished with sofas, a stereo and TV, and outlined with parquet floors made of wood teak. The external areas on the property are vast compared to the size of the villa. Upon entrance, there is a parking area that can comfortably park several vehicles, but there is ample parking space along the entrance corridor leading to the main entrance where other vehicles can be parked. There is a large, 25 sq. meter swimming pool on a raised deck with several sun lounge chairs dotted by the side for relaxing and sunbathing. There is a lovely, covered dining and living area that boasts a large, marble & stone dining table for 8, a small seating area with glass coffee table, and large pillars and stone benches that boarder the entire area.
