Entrance to the property is through a large, electronic gate which is monitored by video-surveillance. The gate opens onto the large driveway large enough for many vehicles, and a large private garden. The entrance into the villa is into a large, double living room with ceramic tile floors, wood trim, antique desks, leather furniture (chairs and couches), a TV, a second sitting area with a couch and several chairs with a coffee table and a working fireplace. The living room flows into the dining room equipped with a wood, rectangular dining table and a writer’s desk. There are accent pieces like lamps, plants, bookshelves, dressers, and small trinkets. There is wi-fi on the ground floor, but no air conditioning. There is also a large full bath with blue ceramic tiles and a shower looking out on to the pool deck. There is also a twin bedroom with two single beds, yellow tile floors, a built in dresser and closet and en-suite bath with shower box (perfect for teenagers). The dining room opens into a large, open ‘island’ kitchen (which also provides direct access out onto the large pool deck). The kitchen boasts tile floors, a dining room table for 4, a 7 range stovetop with beautiful cast-iron stovecap, a large refrigerator/freezer, oven, and a lot of wood and ceramic detail including a boudoir for the glass and tableware. One flight of steps down from the kitchen leads to a recreational room with a small bar with sink and 4 burner range, sitting area in front of a fireplace, full brick pizza oven, and billiards room. There is also a small single bedroom which could work well for guest staff. There is also a laundry with washer and dryer. Up a flight of 20 steps from the ground floor are the bedrooms as well as a large, external (but covered) living room. The living room has its own dining area for 10 overlooking the property entrance and front garden, two large stone benches for seating, terracotta floors, various seating areas with a coffee table. The Master bedroom, with external bathroom with shower, is a large double with king bed with green ceramic tile floors, great views, and enjoys direct access out to the outside terrace. The second bedroom is a double with a single daybed, red ceramic tiles, nice antique wood dresser, built-in closet and an external bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is a single with a desk, several built-in bookshelves, and a chair. The last bedroom on this floor, which also enjoys direct access out to the outside terrace, is a double with a built-in closet and dressers, green ceramic tile floors with an en-suite ½ bath. The pool deck has a ceramic table for 4 and a large, shaded oval dining table for 8 poolside. There are lots of various sitting and sunbathing areas immersed in the floral and trees poolside. There are lounge chairs with umbrellas, perfect for sunbathing.
