Part of a private estate and nature reserve that covers some 2,700 acres of Umbrian countryside, the Villa is a perfect combination of facilities, privacy, security and nature at its most tranquil. Estate services include in-house meals and food delivery and daily maid service. Guests have sole access to the pure blood Adalusian stud and stables with grooms to show the trails and best vantage points. They also have access to mountain bike trails and the floodlit Astroturf tennis court on the estate. Description: Villa Roselle consists of three buildings: Main House, Guest Annex and Pool House. The buildings together with two old mulberry trees form a large courtyard. Villa Roselle is a converted 17th century farmhouse completed in 2002 to the highest standard of renovation and design. Extensive private grounds and generous 360 degree views, a large overflow pool and several outdoor sitting areas is what makes Villa Roselle truly unique.
