Facing the red tiled roofs of this splendid renaissance city and the island of Lokrum, Villa Grayce is just a short stroll to all of the Old Town's best shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. Nearby is the Old harbor, from where you can sail out to the beautiful islands surrounded by crystal clear sea and wonderful seafood restaurants. Step inside and enjoy all the comfort and convenience of luxurious Mediterranean villa living. A spacious living room opens to a wonderful dining room with a massive wooden table. The perfectly-equipped kitchen is also accessible from the living room. There are three bedrooms, each furnished with a large double bed, plus an additional sofa in the master bedroom. And every bedroom has its own en‐suite bathroom. There is also a fitness room equipped with a rowing machine, running track, weights and even a steam‐room. On the first floor there is also a single room with ensuite bathroom plus a study with ensuite bathroom. The terraces, gardens, hot tub and living areas, as well as all of the bedrooms, are situated on the upper floors, and feature a view of the sea, Old Town and Lokrum Island. From the hot tub that sits on top of the villa's terrace, surrounded by a colorful garden, the sweeping views to the sea are unforgettable. Framed by the sea and the city walls of Dubrovnik, the villa's terrace is perfect for al fresco dining ...or to have a coffee early in the morning and enjoy the view of the Old Town. From this hilltop aerie, you and your guests are free to discover and explore the rich cultural heritage of Dubrovnik region - the necklace of spectacular islands surrounding Dubrovnik as well as the Konvale valley interior. And if you wish, we can easily arrange memorable day trips to Montenegro or Mostar. This villa does not have a pool.
