Technical Description: A private driveway takes you directly from the main road into the park of the villa where there is plenty of space for three cars. The accommodations in the villa are located on three floors. The Ground Floor can be accessed directly from the main entrance with 8 steps that lead you into the wide and very carefully refined open living area with comfortable armchairs, sofas, small tables to rest inside reading a nice book or watching the Sat TV while enjoying the most amazing Lake views from the 6 door windows that give you access to the large terrace facing the Lake and that is the ideal place to have meals during the warm summer days. There is of course the chance to eat inside overlooking the Lake. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with all modern appliances to satisfy even the most discerning gourmet chef! The First Floor is easily reached by stairway (20 steps). On this floor you will have 5 bedrooms (2 singles and 3 doubles) and 3 bathrooms with shower (one bathroom is en-suite to one of the double bedrooms). All bedrooms enjoy amazing views on the Lake (total or partial) or on the park with its old trees and well maintained lawn. Twenty steps lead you to the Second Floor which is an exclusive penthouse with many windows overlooking the Lake and an extremely wide private terrace perfect for romantic dinners or to celebrate very special occasions in a unique setting. This penthouse is completely independent from the rest of the villa as it has a private living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and one bathroom with shower and bathtub. You will also have at your disposal part of the below ground level with laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer. On this level there are also two toilets and one bathroom perfect for you while enjoying the pool area that can be reached from here only with 5 steps. Close to the pool there is also a nice pergola ideal for outside lunches.
