Built in a plot of 6,300 square meters, on a hill slope, the building complex “Capri” comprises two independent villas 246 sq.m. each one, with a common-use swimming pool of 100 sq.m. Both villas are very comfortable. They have large exterior seating & dining areas , bbq corners. The garden also offers many spots for relaxation and enjoying the view for those that would wish to explore it or be on private away from the swimming pool and the sitting areas. A small water cascade separates the children’s pool of 20 sq.m. from the big one with maximum depth 2 m that also has a hydro massage. Around the pool, there are two built sitting areas with tables and comfortable sun beds. A small bar equipped with a fridge and music system will help you enjoy your relaxation moments even more during the day.
